I gave the smart start service 5 stars 🌟 simply because after hearing from many people about their service from their interlock service provider I always recommend smart start after letting them know their getting the shaft and that their is a better way. The G man's way. Much more understanding that nobody is perfect and mistakes happen. Plenty wiggle room and very professional still 👌 After hearing about all the problems one would get from other service providers I wouldn't dare recommend anyone but Smart Start!! I've been a SmartStart customer previously. During the S establish a friendship with Jerry Cravens the owner of G-Man. He is most kind professional person very helpful and a great guy. Since he came down Sick and hired someone to run his business it is horrible. This guy's the most rude unprofessional unkempt person I've ever dealt with. I'm ase-certified master technician, I have been in the car business 35 years. I have never seen such a poor attitude and unprofessionalism as this guy.
