My husband Donald Parvin and I are extremely grateful for the ongoing amazing service we receive from Marnie (OT) and Kole (Physio). Their contribution to a successful home care package for both of us is very much appreciated.
Would leave zero stars if i could. I would NEVER recomment ssrg to ANY person wanting any type of rehab. I have had 2 specialist leave my care at last minutes notice. This has severely affected me and my rehabilitation! These specialists need much more training in their patient care. For the admin staff- Learning to call back, follow up accounts etc would be handy!
The team at SSRG really do work as a team! Exercise Physiologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech Therapists, Dieticians, Social Workers, Podiatrists all connect together to ensure a holistic approach is provided to their clients. Very disappointed in this company they never return my calls in fact have ignored me. My 95 year old mother was visited by Adian a physio at Maroochydore for an assessment and the customer service is appalling. Avoid...very disappointed. Still waiting to hear after two plus months about a new walker. It is a safety issue with old walker and Adian knows this as my mother uses it on a slope and the brakes are faulty.
