I made an appointment to fix the light in my Whirlpool gas oven. Will called in advance to let me know when he was arriving. It turned out the bulb was missing but Will did a check of my oven and stove and the igniter for the oven was failing. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He made the repair quickly and made sure the oven was working properly before he left.
