I booked a reservation ahead of my flight then I received a confirmation 24 hours before my flight. Im so glad I called their office to update credit card information on the day of my flight or else I will never find out that they canceled the ride without notification. I spoke with their manager and I was offered a private shuttle instead but for a higher price only to find out it is a shared ride. This is the worst shuttle business I ever encountered. Beware of them they only take your money, no professionalism at all.

Needed to go to LAX this nice lady Judi txt me to say that she was at my door 15 minutes before scheduled time, when she saw me she jumped out of her car to help me with my luggage we had most amazing conversation while she was driving, On my way back even while I was in the plane waiting to get out to terminal Joe the driver txt me to let him know exactly which area I am (what a service) as everybody knows the fear that when you are out in the airport someone will come or not. Many of the negative reviews were from a year ago, but my experience June 2023 was equally poor. Booked ride to burbank Airport a week out. Received 2 confirmations. Pickup time came and went - no driver. Called, girl was confused - says "no driver name- let me check on it". Very long hold - 5 minutes plus. She comes back on and my phone lights up with Lyft notices. She says driver 5 minutes away. I asked why a lyft - they didn't disclose they subcontract. Well. I booked a round-trip pick up for my family trip to Hawaii weeks in advance. Within that time frame, my credit card information changed because of some fraudulent activity. For the trip to LAX, Smart shuttle called me for the new CC information and my husband gave them the new card with the instructions to use the new info for the return trip. I have booked for a private ride to LAX for 3 people at the cost of $ 222.00. Two days prior to my booking date, they are calling me to pick me up a day earlier than my flights. They said that my scheduled flight was wrong and that they check my flight # online. It's good that I insisted that I am definitely are of my scheduled flight. I'm glad I didn't believed them.
