I had an old series iPad and I can't lie the way I was treated due to how important the contents were to me was amazing. I would rate the customer Service a 10 he showed concern,care, and empathy even though it wasn't fixable he tried every option and thats more then I expected. I haven't seen service like this since my family owned a upholstery shop in Florida great guy by far keep blessing people and caring for their valuable possessions.
Fixed my iPhone SE (3rd Gen) in 15 minutes and the parts are genuine. Thank you so much!
