Excellent customer service. I took my iPhone 12 in for a new back case that had shattered and was falling apart. He had a replacement in stock and the phone was ready for pickup in about 1-2 hours. Due to my phone being older I wanted to replace the battery while I was there but unfortunately he didn’t have the battery in stock, but he ordered it and had it in a couple days.
