I had a very disappointing experience with this service. I was promised a warranty certificate, but despite multiple requests and a clear commitment to send it, I have not received it. This has caused a lot of inconvenience, and I’m left without the proper documentation I was promised. On top of that, the repair was delayed by one full day and when I went to pick it up, the shop opened 3 hours late with no prior notice. Good availability. Open on weekends. And available on the phone to answer questions and queries. Had to do a second screen replacement as the first one was faulty. Which happens. Couldn’t get a straight answer about whether to go with another replacement screen of the same quality or to upgrade. Frustrating customer service at times. Always someone different in the shop.
