Dewayne was a joy to deal with throughout the entire process! I was so terrified and even questioned the service at one point because everything was so quiet I didn’t think they were doing anything. I was completely wrong! So much was happening! Dewayne negotiated a payment plan to repay my past due rent so the eviction got cancelled, & I didn’t have to move, plus the attorney fees got waived. I’m new to the Los Angeles area and have no experience with the way the rental laws work. It’s very different from where I come from in the Midwest anyhow we were very pleased with the services and the eviction help.
They do exactly what they say we are still in our home we move out on Monday 7-13-26 on our terms after being here for 5 months and going thru escrow on our first home purchase there great and are very caring and answer the phone when others don’t thank you Ms Rhonda again and the rest of the crew at Smart Move Evictions
