This company is now run by a small group of young direspectful people that pay no attention to the actual law when they serve eviction notices. They tell you the right thing on the phone but then do whatever they want in regards to the date that your tenant must comply with the notice. In my case my tenants had a specific date that they had to (legally) comply by and this comany just randomly gave them an extra week! They are cheap but they are incompetent! Go no where else these are the real deal.This company went above and beyondto provide a professionalserve for me when my needs were great. I was desperate to get a bad tenant out of my house and they educated me on my needs and followed the law in the Eviction procedure to the code, that was won in court, even after a contest was made by my tenant about the serve, they even showed up in court to provide evidence to the judge, i'm telling you go nowhere else . and they are cheap too! thanks Guys
