Avoid them at all costs unless you enjoy wasting money, time, and your sanity. I regret every second of dealing with this immigration office. when you do get through, the staff act like you’re bothering them for daring to ask for updates. Zero professionalism, zero urgency, zero respect for clients. I have never seen customer service this bad in my life. Go for someone else or you will regret later that you ignored my comment👍
Extremely disappointing experience. Poor communication, constant delays, and zero transparency. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone serious about their immigration
