Imagine spending 6k on a Table and a chair only to find out it has holes everywhere(And you have tryphobia)We were not aware of this and was not told it is a (wormy) maple. And yes we saw the sample in the Floor but it wasn’t noticeable since it was a different color. I think its really important to educate and mention that to your customers when buying such an expensive furniture. Don't buy from them they don't stand behind their products!!!! I went to this store because it is family owned. when I purchased the couch I was told it was super durable and could even be bleach cleaned. I have had the couch for 9 months and it is pilling and everyday soils don't come out. I reached out to Smart Interiors and was told that the location where I purchased the furniture had closed and my salesperson was no longer with the company but they would look into it.
