Darcy is a miracle worker! I came to see her for chronic lower back and shoulder pain. Not only did she give me the best massage of my life, she also figured out what was causing my pain and told me how to fix it! A few suggestions as to how to change my pedal stroke when riding my beloved Peloton and my pain disappeared. Highly recommend this gifted and knowledgeable therapist!

I spent a brief time with Darcy this week in a virtual session where she went through some stretches specifically for my jaw, neck and shoulders. It has already made a difference in making me feel more relaxed. In the past she has helped me with manual lymphatic drainage before and after surgery and it made a huge difference in speeding up my recovery. I highly recommend her.

I would like to think Darcy of SMART Integrative Massage Group, she was there for me in my time of need. During the pandemic I was unable to have an in office lymphatic Massage and I was online and I found Darcy. She was very attentive and thorough with showing me how to perform a lymphatic drainage massage on myself through virtual sessions.
