STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!! I will be reporting this business to UCIS, DHS & Department of Labor. They take advantage of the most vulnerable, take their money help fill out immigration paperwork then leave you high & dry when you need them the most. Alicia is very unprofessional and evades you when you need her. You have been warned!
Si pudiera darles zero estrellas se las daría. Son groseros, hacen citas y luego las cancelan sin decirle nada a nadie y cuando una llama para confirmar “la doctora se fue temprano por motivos personales” te cuelgan el teléfono cuando tratas de pedir una explicación de que porque hacen las cosas de esa manera. So una falta de respeto y de consideración con el tiempo de uno. Ahí están pintandos !

If there was a review, under one start I would provide it. My mother paid Alicia to work on her divorce, she dropped the ball completely and did not follow up or do anything to assist her. She took my mother money and even though we called multiple times, nothing was done. She took advantage of an elderly woman on fixed income barely able to afford to pay her to file her divorce documents and her office did not follow up properly.
