Really enjoy seeing Jana. She’s very knowledgeable and personable.
I had a sore hip for the last couple of weeks - where I could hardly walk. Smart Health got me in quickly and I saw Jen Guest. After 30 mins of tender poking and prodding my hip has released - and now I am walking with no problem. The physios at Smart Health really know what they are doing! Thank you for helping my mobility!
I had an appointment with one of the senior physios. At first, he seemed knowledgeable however the treatment he administered has resulted in severe and extensive bruising (and I do not have a tendency to bruise easily). I asked him to ease off multiple times during the treatment. As I have had similar physio treatment previously on similar areas, and I understand that it is often painful, I persevered having trust in his expertise. However, I see now that was a mistake.
