Almost everything about this place is a lie. They never answer the phone. They will answer emails a month later than when you send them, and the address on the website is not even correct. If you’re lucky and someone does answer the phone, they’ll treat you like they don’t want your business.

Purchased a 13kw generator from them in august of 2022, got it within 2 weeks to my doorstep. We then proceeded to buy 4x 100lb propane tanks from Costco and filled them up to have them on hand. We ended up using the Generator to power our whole house during hurricane Ian in Naples, Florida. This unit literally kept our family and friends running without a hitch.!
