They are very friendly, they have good customer service and their service is excellent.
Waited a few months before reviewing to insure no problems. Took my iPad in to repair a cracked screen. After 3 months, no issues! iPad is as good as new. I took my iPad in around midday and it was ready within 2 hours. Great service. Pricing is comparable to others, but they live up to their high ratings.
