We had taken our friend ( a handicapped veteran) to a credit union where he has several accounts and where both he and my husband worked before retiring. The friend needed to have his signature notarized on a document. Unfortunately, the notary was confused about how to do this. My husband asked her to check with a member of management by name ... but she said no. She said he wouldn't answer. We left and noticed that there was a Smart Financial ofgice
