I got a credit from them of 4.49%, the agent told me the offer will be the same for 90 days because we were waiting for my new DL. But when we finally sign for the credit the interest rate change to 5.49% with out inform to us. We ask our agent RACHEL about this, because she NEVER Inform us about the rate change, she did not have a valid response. We still had to get the credit because of course we had a commitment with our dealership. But I Do not recommend to anyone to go to this place.
Since long time i have an account with them... and so far I didn't find any problem . They are good people and always cooperate...
