Amazing service!! Super kind staff, we came in a tad bit close to closing time but they helped us without any hesitation or issue!! Super polite and friendly answering any newbie questions I had as I am switching over to their bank. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a friendly credit union! Thank y’all!
In my first week of opening account I made a cash ATM deposit. ATM rejected my deposit and kept 100 dollars. Bank refused to refund my money. I denied overdraft protection, However they still allowed purchase to go through. Inquired 3 different overdraft fees. Ask if they will remove at least one fee. I was denied that as well. They refused to refinance my auto loan.( given my 695 credit score) Poor customer service! What a waste of time and money! Will be closing account immediately.
Katherine was extremely helpful in the process of refinancing my new car. She explained the process of refinancing to me, helped me through every step, and was very friendly and professional throughout the whole process! Unfortunately a few months later I had gotten into an accident and was back to square one. I got another car and Katherine helped me with refinancing again! She went above and beyond my expectations. I'll be coming to this Smart Financial for a long time if Katherine is the one helping me!
I worked with Jaime Montoya on a car loan, I am happy to say he saved my sanity. He was patient, knowledgeable and helpful thru out the entire process. Purchasing an used car was difficult and stressful.
