The lines are extremely long. Service is also extremely slow. It takes at the least 25 minutes to withdraw money here, and you’re lucky if it only takes 25 minutes and not longer.
The best customer service.
The local branch members are wonderful and always helpful. Yet, if you every need to call the Smart Financial Credit Union customer service phone line you will always have to wait 10 to 20 minutes to speak with someone no matter the time of day. The representatives are busy message is what you will hear during that time. Sad. One of the main reasons I didn't go with them on my new auto loan.
Do not get a Smart Finacial credit card. I have been having a Smart financial credit card for a few years. After 6 months of having it, I could not log into the account to look at my statements and I haven’t been able to look at them for over two years. I can only see the paper statements that come in through the mail. I had to sign up for automatic payments but if I want to make a higher payments I have to go in person.
