Have known and interacted with Mr. Guillermo Rivas @ the Sugar Land branch for like 5 years now. Always eager to help. Usually over and beyond the call of duty in assistance and explanations! The branch has excellent crew, but most of my transactions from safety deposit box to banking service has been through Mr. Rivas, and have never been disappointed. He is the EXTRA in Ordinary employee!!!!
