No actually tellers, just machines. If I wanted to do it myself I'd work for them. I don't pay a fee for my account for everything to be self service.

Walked in to speak to a banker with help changing mailing address. When greated, employee didn't even bother get up shake hand or anything. Very unpleasant experience. Will never go back to this branch.
Customer service is not good. I was asked to check-in, I did that and took a seat. Then a Spanish speaking customer came in was not asked to check-in and the representative began helping him while I sat there waiting. They really need to require everyone to check-in, since it appears that they are taking preference for certain customers.
