Ms. Rebeka did a fantastic job of assisting me throughout my auto loan application process. I was met with a few hurdles but she was there for me every step of the way from start to finish. Thank you Ms. Rebeka!
Staff is very helpful. I have had nothing but good services and friendly faces. Been a member for quite a few years. Have had some unfortunate incidents, but that's called life and human frailities.
I would not do business with this bank. I had Johnathan Bates as an auto loan representative and he did not communicate at all. I first spoke with Raven and she did not communicate nor reached back out. I emailed over 3 times and called more than 5. I am very disappointed with my experience. I did not receive communication within 24 hours and have no reason to be dishonest. I will be closing this account and recommending the same for others. I would not recommend this bank at all.I have been with this bank for many years and do not recommend. They lack essential communication and are disorganized. I did not receive any communications regarding my inquiry unless I reached out directly. I did not enjoy my experience working with the Smart Financial Team; Raven and Johnathan Bates were unhelpful.
