This is a great staff and store.
I bought RED umbrellas for all the teachers on my staff. I asked to talk to a manager to request a 10 or 15 percent discount since the umbrellas were going to be used during the LAUSD teachers strike and Maria, the manager in charge, was very rude and unsympathetic to our teacher strike and said there was nothing she could do for me. I purchased the umbrellas anyway. I went to 2 other Smart and Finals to complete my set of 24 red umbrellas and they refused to give me a discount as well!!!
All your lights are out in the parking lot and on the outside of the store. I shopped and it was so dark I was afraid to walk back to my car. This needs to be taken care of immediately. Rent a generator with a spotlight if you can't fix the issue right away. You are putting your customers at risk.
