RecommendedGREAT place to shop . Great people there to help as needed.
Lack of customer service. Some of the employees are rude and need to learn the logistics of the store. I asked where to find horseradish and the employee didn’t know what I was talking about. Today I couldn’t find any of a advertised sale item, I found out the hard way that they don’t care to help you. I was in your store today and a lady had a disgusting, dirty little dog in the store. The checker tried to get the managers attention but the manager blew her off because she was chatting with somebody else. The lady with the dog left the store and then not 3 minutes late came back in WITH THE DOG! The checker tried to get a different manager to help out this time. My thought of the morning........Was at Smart N Final in Paso @ Creston Rd this morning and cashier told me she couldn't give me change for the 100$ I gave her......she didn't have $30 change? So she expected me to find different means in paying and I was like "uh, THIS is my means in paying". So a bagger came up and said I can break the 100 over here.......
The one in Atascadero is small and rude employees and head manger guy..load and complaining out on the floor..very unprofessional..
The new store is BEAUTIFUL!!! Hectic right now, but HUGE produce section, a butcher dept too. Wonderful!!
