There was only one cashier working, even though the store was closing in 20 minutes. Over the intercom, staff announced that the store was closing in 10 minutes, which was not true. When I asked the manager for his name, he refused to provide it. He was wearing an all-black outfit, not a Smart & Final uniform, and had no name tag.
