One of the worst Smart Dollar stores I’ve ever been to. The customer service is absolutely terrible. The lady working there is extremely rude and has no manners when talking to customers. I highly recommend avoiding this place. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else!
Probably the worst and rudest customer service that I have ever experienced. They sell faulty products and then refuse to replace or refund because the manager has neglected to put your receipt in the bag that you purchased. Highly advise that you avoid this store!
Best shop and they have everything you need, amazing stuff for parties, dressing up for school or party, lots and lots of craft, souvenirs and travelling, just to name a few. Can’t go past without going inside every time I am in Karrinyup, even is just to have a quick blousing or just to say hello to the lovely staff, ❤️❤️❤️
I have never experienced such a bad customer service like in this shop. They are so dodgy, they want to rip you off, I got a balloon for my daughter-45cm on the price list it says it $5 for 45cm for the helium. She charged me $18 as she said the balloon is bigger. The balloon popped and she didn’t want to refund me ! 0f course it popped as she put to much helium in it. She was extremely rude. I got another balloon and she wanted to pay me again, not even mention she didn’t put enough helium in the new balloon and she did it ... read more
