Ordered some grass in Feb 2023, it has a very visible stitch line down the middle of it. Have contacted the company several times, and just get told we have not fitted it correctly !! Just started court action to recover the costs, this company is far from customer friendly.Avoid at all costs .

Very disappointed with the service provided. Ordered a week before, and it was only when I contacted Smart Direct for confirmation of time, I was advised, it would not be delivered on the day it was promised. When I spoke to the receptionist, I was advised it was impossible for my grass to be delivered on the promised day because there was no courier available.
