I have spent an intensive week with Smart Dermatology. I am happy to let everyone know that most of the reviews are incorrect. The reception staff are fabulous. Friendly and helpful. Dr Ann Lewis went to work sticking patches on my back. Thankfully after 4 years of waiting, an answer. Dr Lewis is a lovely lady. Happy to let you know what's happening. Happy to explain anything. absolutely horror, dont come here waiting times are horrendous and customer service is terrible
My experience with Dr Ellis was one of the most caring. I highly recommend Michelle for being very thorough and patient with me. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Thank you for allaying my fears.
Dr.Ellis is professional , patient and full of love.She explained the causes and treatments about the diseases that let us relieved. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. The cost of consultation was reasonable. We highly recommended.
