Joe and Matt were quite helpful in ensuring smooth delivery of furniture when an error in their systems nearly derailed the process after much planning. The way a business handles issues like this, in real time, speaks volumes to their priorities and quality and I was very thankful for their help. The movers were also very considerate and did a great job.

Next to impossible to get them to schedule a time and date that works. If you ask to deliver on a M-Th they will say Friday is the only option. If you ask for earlier they come later and if you ask for later they will come earlier. I did call Article and let them know that this is not a good delivery partner.

The two men who delivered my Article sectional were exceptional. They were so concerned about moving it in shortly after cleaning the carpet and did everything they could to make sure that the couch was situated and not endangering the clean carpet. Highly recommend, especially if you are lucky enough to get these guys.
