Smart City offers overpriced, unreliable internet—$100/month for 20Mbps, with constant upselling when speeds fail to meet expectations. Despite having only a POS connected, I’ve experienced frequent issues. Switching to T-Mobile 5G for half the cost and far better performance is a no-brainer.
Many thanks to Tony, Jeff S., and Nick who were instrumental in troubleshooting our Wi-Fi connectivity issues. All three employees were fantastic, and Tony was in daily contact with me while the issue was being resolved. Nick came today and repaired two separate parts of the cable.
