Applied for a personal loan and was told to pay a $10 app fee. After that was paid I was never contacted and the page went nowhere. I tried contacting them and all it says is we have recorded you number and will give u a call back. But yet I haven’t recieved a call back and not only $10 was taken from me but they charged me 3 times in the amount of $30.
I haven't applied for a loan from Smart Choice but I find the information on the site really helpful. I have sent a few friends here that have been approved for loans. I don't like the $12.95 fee but it has got them approved. Overall great company.
I called inquiring about a personal loan two days ago. The representative I spoke with was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was really happy with the information I received. I did not apply for the loan but with the amount of information I received, when I am ready to apply I will be contacting them.
