He insisted that I must title a boat that did not need to be titled, just to sell me more services. This is as close to a thief as you can be without picking your pocket. Strongly recommend to avoid this scammer.
I came to him when I started my business 20 years ago. He kept turning the paperwork with one hand pointing where I needed to sign. After 3 or 4 times he had me sign for his fee and he had his hand covering the price. After I signed it he showed me the cost 450. I was pretty mad at the way he did that not telling me it's his bill! I wanted to pay with my credit card and he insisted I pay with debit card. Completely messed up our title transfer. Never received it back from Penndot and had to have the previous owner get a duplicate title and waste another $300 to transfer it a second time. They were very rude at the time we did the transfer and even more rude when we called to try to resolve the issue.
