Charles fixed my squeaking brakes and tuned up both our electric Rad Runner Bikes. The free delivery and pick is convenient and he walked me through his professional work with added pro tips. Highly recommend. Great communications!
I brought my 30 year old Nishiki bike to Smart Biking. The owner replaced the chain , cables and did a tuneup. The bike now runs like new. Thanks for the great ride.

I found out about SMART Biking through a recent "websearch". I called the shop and then brought my bike in. Charles was very polite. He explained what he would examine and showed me the checklist. The shop was neat and clean. My bike was ready in a couple of days. He explained what he'd serviced and what he replaced. I rode it recently, and I could tell that the servicing was very good. Yes, I recommend this shop.
Totally positive and satisfying. Charles knows what he is doing and takes the time to explain it all, every step of the way. Couldn't be happier.
