I bought 8 cupcakes for my sisters birthday ! It’s so cute inside . The cupcakes were amazing . I met the sweet owner. She gave me a sample of her homemade ice cream. Wow!!! I Will definitely be going back. My sisters are both excited as well. I’m going to tell as many people as possible. The service was great. The young woman who waited on me was very friendly and helpful. A wonderful experience all around. Thank you Annie~
Small Cakes Maryland Created the baby shower cake of my dreams. The cake was everything I envisioned. The taste was delicious and we received so many compliments. Lastly, the customer service was a 10/10. We will be back!
I'll start off with the positive aspects of the business. The website is easy to access and navigate. The storefront is also cute and designed well. Onto my negatives with this business. If you have cake inspiration, you'll have to email it or show it to an employee as the order form is slightly broken. I could not submit a photo no matter how many times I attempted. I have been going to Smallcakes since they were in their Annapolis location because their cupcakes are so amazing. They recently moved to Severna Park and are even better than before. Not only are their cupcakes delicious and amazing but I messed up my order and they were able to correct it within ten minutes of my showing up. It was purely my fault but they still made my original vision happen for me. Smallcakes is so professional, love them and will never go anywhere else!
