My daughter had been going to this office for almost a year, never had a problem halfway or more through the year she was approved for a second therapist. Still no complaints about her, one day she bite her second therapist Camilla on the arm when the therapist was pulling her off the counter (my daughter was climbing up the counter as the therapist said). If I could give zero stars to this awful center I would do it! This place is horrible and irresponsible. I've been trying to schedule and appointment since September. On September, they put me on a wait list, a week later they called me to schedule an appointment for DECEMBER 30th. Like two weeks later, they called me to move that appointment closer to October 28th! We were so happy, BUT on the same day of the appointment, they called me that the Speech Therapist called in, so they had to cancel our appointment. So now we di... read more
My daughter love her therapist
Scheduling has no idea what they are doing. You tell me one day and time for an apt then when you show up I’m being told it’s another day and time. First time I changed for a canceled apt next time they automatically changed it to 2 without telling me it was permanently changed then I was told Tuesdays at 10:30 I come in and I’m being told it’s for Wednesday at 10:30 which I know for a fact, I did not schedule because that is a day that I go to school which automatically I wouldn’t be able to make it. 🤣🤣 I rather go somewh... read more
