I recently purchased 2 hydraulic beds from Small space plus , and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The quality of the beds is excellent—sturdy, comfortable, and very practical with the storage space. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all of my questions. I highly recommend Small Space plus to anyone looking for quality furniture and great service. I’ll definitely be returning for future purchases!
We had made a purchase at the store with Joseph. We purchased an expandable table.. amazing. Joseph was very pleasant and knowledgeable, amazing service!! We would definitely shop the again.
I got my couch 3 years ago, and was really happy with it, I even bought the insurance proposed by the store. After a while the foam on the seating area became less and less firm, now I sit on a very expensive piece of food covered with beautiful fabric. Poor customer service. Would be nice if the guy behind the desk would get up and acknowledge customers no matter how you're perceived. Very discriminatory and that"s not a word I "throw around" lightly. Looks can be deceiving. Lost a customer. Will escalate complaint to corporate if there is one.
I purchased the Inca couch, which arrived with a defective bracket. The customer service team was friendly and helpful in coordinating someone to come and replace the bracket. That being said, I have removed one star as it took 7 weeks from the date of delivery to have someone come with the correct part to do the repair. The customer service team was supportive and followed up with me along the way.
