We had made a purchase at the store with Joseph. We purchased an expandable table.. amazing. Joseph was very pleasant and knowledgeable, amazing service!! We would definitely shop the again.
I got my couch 3 years ago, and was really happy with it, I even bought the insurance proposed by the store. After a while the foam on the seating area became less and less firm, now I sit on a very expensive piece of food covered with beautiful fabric. Poor customer service. Would be nice if the guy behind the desk would get up and acknowledge customers no matter how you're perceived. Very discriminatory and that"s not a word I "throw around" lightly. Looks can be deceiving. Lost a customer. Will escalate complaint to corporate if there is one.
I purchased the Inca couch, which arrived with a defective bracket. The customer service team was friendly and helpful in coordinating someone to come and replace the bracket. That being said, I have removed one star as it took 7 weeks from the date of delivery to have someone come with the correct part to do the repair. The customer service team was supportive and followed up with me along the way. I purchased 2 x S-Cube 5 in 1 Ottomans (black), and they are nice. However one of the 2 arrived in packaging that seems like it was quite damaged and the pegs to secure the ottoman were missing or severely damaged. My 1 star review is a result of their failure to simply deliver to me the replacement pegs after assuring me 3 times over email or the phone that the replacement has been shipped. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me ... and they fooled me 3x :( Will I ever receive the pegs?
