Spoke to Tom about two e-bikes we were interested in. Asked if he had one for us to try. He said he could have the two we were interested in available for us to try in a week. We just drove 8 hours to find out he never ordered them. We are full time RV’s and drove from South Dakota to purchase 2 bikes. We are out the fuel cost and time for his inability to let us know. We did reach out and leave our number to confirm In case he had misplaced ours. Poor customer service.
They did a nice build on my Electra xtracycle cargo bike.
