Was drifted in with high winds, finally got driveway open, was now running low on wood pellets. My back was out from shoveling for 2 days could hardly walk. We are in our 80s and limited so we called Smales for HELP ! Though short handed, they sent AL with a ton of pellets which he neatly stacked for our convenience . It’s nice to know there are still good people who are not afraid of work and truly care about people and not just money because they’re in business.
