My husband and I recently had the pleasure to meet Ailie Lothian and Elaine. Elaine has a natural lovely way with her which instantly makes you feel welcome and Ailie was very reassuring and professional. Our documents were completed with ease making the process nothing but relaxed.
The office in Lanark proved to be competent and professional. Elaine made us feel very welcome and kept us informed of all proceedings. Ailie was very knowledgeable about a very complicated case. They acted with empathy and understanding and worked closely with us at this very difficult time. I would definitely use the Lanark office again as I felt listened to and involved at all times.
