Twice they mixed up the spice level and I couldn't enjoy. I know the spice level I regularly order and when that's goofed up, I know it. Going to stop visiting because of this reason. If the chef made a mistake, it has to be corrected, period.
The fries tasted stale, like they'd been sitting out for a while. On the bright side, the sandwich was fresh, hot, and tasted really good.
I almost cried when I saw my sandwich. It was suppose to be super hot, instead it was super plain. Very sad. Not the first time they haven’t gotten it right.
First time I ordered was door dash. It was so hot, delicious, perfect. Second time I came in person to order and got 8 tenders with ZERO seasoning (no Nashville nothing) and no sides for $24 and I was prompted to tip. The food was so delicious it brought me back. The service the second time was so atrocious that I'll be forever turning my back.
