I had a negative experience with this firm. He filed my taxes incorrectly for 2023. After repetitive reminders of family income, it was filed incorrectly. I received a reassessment notice from CRA and now this firm is not helping me at all with the notice. All I am said is I will respond to you next week, can I call you later, I will respond to you by Monday. No accountability at all. Would not recommend this firm to anyone.
My experience with this firm was very positive. The accountant gave me the sense of security with my personal information. It was very easy to have a conversation with him.and he was very professional.Thank you SMA.
