This company is a complete Scam. After paying my deposit and setting a pick up date I was told the drivers truck broke down on the way to pick the car up. Was then scheduled for another pick up date. The day came and went no pick up or communication. When I finally reached "Sara" my representative, she told me the driver would need another 2 days again, never got any further communication. Sitting at the fuel island for over 40 mins is ridiculous. Being bobtail, you could have parked anywhere. You should be ashamed as a driver!!!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are very misleading and make all kinds of false promises to get you to sign their contract. After signing they will then let you know that the pick up may not be on the date you ordered and in my case they couldn't even find a transporter to pick up my car due to its location which I shared with them prior to getting a quote from them. After 4 days past my pick up date they called me saying they got a transporter but it would cost an additional $500. When I refused the i... read more
