They never answer phone calls. I was told I would get my green card August 2023. It's now November 2024 and my work visa is expired and still no green card. When I called last month they told me to call back in April because the government is giving green cards to people who came in 2021 and since I came in 2022 I have to wait. Except I came in 2020 and I should have one now. I've been calling multiple times a day, every single day and I'm getting no answer.
