Ordered airbrush paints and paid £8 to have it shipped next day to arrive ASAP and they never sent it. Took over a week to get a full refund. Attempted to contact them on every avenue they had on social media, phone numbers etc and never got a reply. Will never buy from this company again.
A fantastic job on a helmet painting idea that i had put on the long finger for years (I was never 100% happy with work i had seen from other companies that i considered in the past). Simons work and talent are amazing.
Disappointed! Ordered 2 Air Brush items received just 1 today. The one missing is EMERALD GREEN costing £19.93 . Order number showing #6594. No apologies for not sending the other one, or even if it’s on the books Just an invoice for with a date of 12/7/23 this is ridiculous as I ordered it this December. Am I likely to receive this before Xmas? Please answer ASAP!
Have used sm designs for several years for buying paint supplies....recently did a bike helmet painting course with Simon and the service/tutoring was top class.....highly recommended
