If you are going shopping on Saturday don't get there before 10:00. The web site says they open at 9:00 and so does the sign on their door. Didn't open the door until 10:00. They need to change the time on their web site and sign if they are not going to open until then.
By far the best selection in town! We shopped all the other stores and most didn't even want to talk to us when we were in the store! Big mistake! We went to Slumberland and we asked several times if we were getting the help we deserved. We had a great experience and purchased a whole home of furniture for way less that we thought we would spend. Way to raise the bar Slumberland! Chuck Wilson, Casper
Horrible experience. They ordered our nightstands in the wrong color. They took them back and ordered us the correct color and then tried to charge us for the wrong colored ones. I will never buy from there again.
Wonderful service and a great experience. I was pretty nervous about buying a living room set because this was my first experience buying new. There are so many options (which overwhelmed me) but when I worked with the sales associate, he helped me narrow my thoughts and we picked out a wonderful set that was within my price range. We're very happy with what we got and want to recommend Slumberland in Champaign, IL to anyone looking for a great product.
I will never shop there. We went there looking to buy a mattress and they didn't have the one we wanted so the owner showed us one of the closeouts. It was very obvious that it was a returned mattress. You could see exactly where the people slept!! How discusting can you be to sell a used mattress as new??
I just bought a new mattress set and am in love with it! The sales person was very helpful and knew all about the mattress's so I could make a good decision. I have never met someone with so much information about mattresses's. I had shopped around and found this store has the best prices and the most to look at.
A large selection, but unfortunately overpriced. We were the only customers in the place and absolutely no way they were dealing...even when I showed them the same furniture for much less. Very nice showroom and the saleperson only let us know she was available and did not hound us every step of the way.
I don't know why there are bad reviews on here. I love this store. I buy all of my furniture from them. The sales people are beyond knowledgable and the store has such a huge selection. I have checked around and they have the best prices as well.
