First thing they did was tell me if I had to go to the bath I'd have to buy something, and while its understandable that a company only wants customers using their facilities, it was a terrible first impression. Then when I was looking for different pieces for my living room the same horrible salesmen followed me around saying that they really only sell sets and then told me to quit wasting my time there.
