Ordered on February 16th. February 17th received email that it would be delivered the beginning of March. On March 30th I sent email asking where my 2 chairs were. Manager of store said it would be delivered the end of April. When I got upset I asked if I could p pick it up from the warehouse. She said no but it was going to be in her store the end of the week!!! I could pick it up then. Worst customer service ever!! Will mere never go to the Minocqua store again. Stopped in the fall to look at selection and Mary was there to answer my questions. I was ready to purchase today and Mary was there to help again. She even called the Janesville store to get information on the mattress we purchased several years ago so we could get the same one. Nice selection of items in the store!
Very helpful and friendly staff Mary was great and informed on power lift recliners they had a great sale so we bought it. Would definitely recommend!!
Had a very pleasant experience sgoppong at Slumberland. The sales lady was very friendly, great sense of humor and very knowledgeable. All in all it was a plesant experiemce!
