If I could put 0 stars I would ! We recently purchased one of the most expensive couches that slumberland in Stephens Point sells. The stitching started to come apart on the couch, and they refused to stand behind the product. We even purchased an extended warranty, which covers even more extensive damage, and they still do not cover the warranty . My advice stay away from slumberland and stay away from La-Z-Boy. The quality is poor and they do not stand behind their product. Very disappointing!
Salesperson got tired of trying to help us. Yes we were being picky but that's due to our disabilities. We finally found a chair on our own and she still got the sales commission but didn't really deserve it. She was not pleasant too work with either!!! From other reviews I see...wish I'd had Ezra...
Doug was very helpful and accommodating. He provided professional service while giving me "space" to decide my purchase. I will definitely shop there in the future.
