I've always had a good experience at the Spencer slumberland. I've been a repeat customer several times.
Horrible customer service dealing with mattress on bed purchased from them!! Please know exactly what your warranty covers….Dakton is a terrible salesman, rude, and always trying to make an extra buck!! The mattress was under warranty yet trying to sell a more expensive bed to replace their defect, then wanted sales tax for the new mattress, $170 to deliver and $40 to take their defected one away! Great experience with low pressure salesman who worked to understand my needs and budget. Great selection of inventory, superb service options and very knowledgeable about all the products and services. Highly recommended to shop here for bedroom and other home furnishings.
