I have shopped at the Iron Mountain Slumberland on 2 times. Brian and Jessica as well the rest of the staff were very helpful.
My wife and I bought a king size sterns and foster bed. After a week both sides were sagging and there was a hump in the middle. Returned that and had the exact same problem with the second one. Went to go with a different brand. But they didn't want to exchange the box spring. That would be a different color this upset my wife and told them to just come get the bed. They still haven't refunded us yet. It been more than 2 weeks. I suggest to go elsewhere.
